Orders for online test series are digital in nature. Once purchased, cancellations are not allowed.

No refund

We do not offer refunds for successful purchases.

Exception: payment gateway errors

If you are charged but the payment fails, or there is a duplicate/erroneous debit due to a payment gateway/technical issue, we will help resolve it.

• After verification, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing timeline: typically within 2–3 business daysafter confirmation.
